Jordi William Carnes is President of the LEITAT Technological Center. He was previously General Director of the Barcelona Tourism Consortium, Deputy Mayor for Economic Promotion and Budget at Barcelona City Council, and Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries in the Government of Catalonia. At present he is Member of the board of the Institut Cerda Foundation, and member of the Barcelona Tourist Legacy Committee, has been President of LEITAT, Technological Center
