Stéphane Lefebvre joined Solotech, a global leader in audiovisual technology and live production, as President and CEO in September 2025. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group, where he led the company’s post-pandemic relaunch and return to global growth. Prior to Cirque du Soleil, Stéphane spent more than two decades at CAE in senior executive roles, contributing to the company’s growth and transformation into a global leader in training and simulation. Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience leading complex global organizations, driving operational and financial performance, and executing growth and transformation strategies.
