H.E. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej

His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej has served as President of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) since March 2021. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, earned in 1986.
With over 35 years of executive and leadership experience, he has held key roles across several national institutions played a key role in the development of various strategic sectors. In July 2024, he was elected President of the Executive Council of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO).
He currently chairs the boards of Matarat Holding, ACAO, the Saudi Air Navigation Services Company (SANS), and SAMI Advanced Electronics Company.
He also serves as Vice Chairman of GACA’s Board of Directors and chairs several national committees focused on civil aviation and logistics services. In addition, he is a board member of several national organizations operating in the fields of aviation, space, transportation, tourism, and the defense industry.
