Pansy Ho

Ms. Pansy Ho is Group Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed integrated cultural tourism conglomerate covering property, hospitality, transportation, and investments. She also serves as Chairperson and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, steering its hospitality sector expansion.

A visionary in integrated cultural tourism, she drives global tourism growth and cross-cultural exchanges, holding key roles at the World Travel and Tourism Council and the International Mountain Tourism Alliance. She champions sustainable and inclusive tourism as the founder of the Global Tourism Economy Forum, the PATA Foundation’s first official Ambassador, and as a UNWTO Tourism Ambassador.

Beyond tourism, she co-chairs the Association Culturelle France-Hong Kong and is the Louvre Museum’s first Chinese Ambassador, supporting cultural promotion and heritage conservation. She holds a degree from the University of Santa Clara and an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University, recognizing her business and cultural diplomacy achievements.
