The Awards are open to the general public worldwide. Nominators must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher). Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, jury members, and their immediate family members may not nominate themselves. A Nominee must: ", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "(a) Submitted documents shall not violate the public order in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable laws. ", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "(c) Destinations must also satisfy the Destination Eligibility Criteria (see brief overview on the Portal). The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to request documentary proof. Each nomination must be completed via the Portal by 23:59 (KSA time) on the published deadline date. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected automatically. All responses and documents must be truthful, accurate, and written in English (supplementary Arabic is permitted but not obligatory). Supporting files must adhere to the technical specifications on the Portal (file type, size, resolution, etc.). Submissions must not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that infringes any third-party rights. You warrant that you own or have secured all necessary licenses to use and submit, the content in your Submission. Personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (“PDPL”) and the Organizer’s policies, terms and conditions as may be available on the Portal. Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with what is stated in the applicable privacy policies. Right to Disqualify ", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reject or disqualify any Submission that: ", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"bold": true, "text": "(a) fails to meet the defined eligibility criteria as stipulated in the Platform. Finalists and winners may be announced publicly and featured in press releases, social-media posts, websites, and promotional materials. By submitting, you consent (and procure consent of responsible body of the Nominee -as may be applicable) to the publication of the Nominee’s name, logo, flags, images, and a brief description of the nominated initiative for publicity. Finalists will sign a separate Awards Ceremony Participation Consent Form before the ceremony. Awards Process & Organizer’s Decisions ", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "", "type": "text"}]}, {"type": "paragraph", "children": [{"text": "1. Submissions will be screened for eligibility, evaluated by an independent jury, and scored against criteria published on the Portal. A nomination does not count as a “vote.” Finalists and winners are determined solely by the Jury Panel following its assessment process. The Organizer’s and jury’s decisions are final and not subject to appeal or review. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the evaluation process, merge or split categories, or withhold any Awards if an insufficient standard is met. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Awards process, categories, timelines, or related activities, in whole or in part, without any liability.
